How to Opt In
You may opt in to SMS notifications verbally at the point of sale when dropping off your laundry. Our staff will explain the program and confirm your consent before enrolling your phone number. You may also be asked to confirm electronically on our point of sale system.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on order activity. You will receive no more than two messages per order — one upon intake and one when your order is ready. We do not send promotional or marketing messages.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Blue Hill Laundry does not charge any additional fee for SMS notifications.

How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS notifications will be sent to your number. You may re-enroll at any time by speaking with a staff member.
